Compass: Navigation & Vault
A clean compass, level, weather and location toolkit — with an encrypted private space for your photos, videos, audio and notes, stored only on your device.
What's included
- Compass — live heading with multiple dial styles, calibration guidance and target-bearing tracking.
- Level — a precise bubble level for horizontal and vertical angles.
- Weather — live local forecasts powered by Open-Meteo, using your real GPS position.
- Map & location — live coordinates, altitude, speed and accuracy on an OpenStreetMap view.
- Grid references — read your position at 4, 6, 8 or 10 figures on WGS 84 or Everest 1830, with the map sheet number for where you stand.
- Trips & waypoints — record a route with distance, climb and speed, save places, backtrack, and export as GPX or KML.
- Private Space — an encrypted, PIN/pattern/biometric-protected area for photos, videos, audio and notes that never leaves your device.
- 15 colour themes and 9 compass styles — all included at no cost.
Honest by design
No account and no sign-in of any kind — nothing you save leaves your device. The Google Play version is supported by advertising and offers an optional Compass Pro subscription; Indus App Store versions up to 1.0.0 have neither. The only outside service used for diagnostics is Firebase Crashlytics, for anonymous crash reports.
